Kentucky Lawn Care Terms of Payment
Credit Card Payments – Kentucky Lawn Care processes payments through a third-party credit card service. When you provide credit card information for your account, the fees for services provided to you will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Refunds – Refunds for purchases or advanced payments to Kentucky Lawn Care, LLC. are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee. (A fee we incur accepting your original credit card payment). In addition to a 2% restocking fee for bulk orders. This fee also applies in special circumstances, i.e., special orders, delivered orders, etc. If you have pending invoices with Kentucky Lawn Care, these invoices will be paid with funds (if any) in your account. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you within 2-3 business days using the form of payment you purchased online at the company website(s) and those websites’ pages.
Opting out of Credit Card Processing – If you wish to be removed from automatic credit card processing, don’t hesitate to contact our billing department with an email stating your desire to remove your credit card from your account. Please also save the original copy as proof of your email to us for your records of the removal request if there is a discrepancy in the future.
