1) Sod Installation. Add $200 / pallet.
Our landscape crews will install the sod pallets you purchase from us.
2) Soil Preparation. Add $220 / pallet.
We will lightly grade the area. If grass/weeds are present in the installation area, soil preparation (soil tilling with a mini skid steer) is needed to prepare the area to bare dirt. (Machine width – 42 inches)

Perfect for low-quality clay soil, high-traffic areas, shade areas, or dogs. This material produces biologically active, nutrient-rich Compost, making this a premium soil amendment and turf dressing. Soil Amendment will be applied to improve your soil quality. Then the sod is laid on top to help it grow the best it can.
We recommend a minimum of 1-2 Cubic Yards (Min-Max) per Pallet of SOD ordered for the best installation (Order within budget).
