In the event of a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
If a utility line has been damaged, call 811 immediately to report it.
Kentucky Lawn Care guarantees our services, and we want your satisfaction. Contact us immediately if any damages are done to a property, structures, utility wires, etc. We will have these items repaired or replaced at no cost to you if certain conditions have been met. Please read below to learn about our claims process for damages.
Kentucky Lawn Care liability and what you need to do
If the area is SAFE:
1) Take at least three photos of each area damaged.
2) Send your photos by email to explain what is seen in the image.
3) Please list the date on which you noticed the damages.
If you cannot take photos for any reason, call Kentucky Lawn Care, and we will send a crew out to assess and take pictures of the damages.
You should also provide your name, phone number, address, and other information you believe will help review the claim. Send your claim here.
Kentucky Lawn Care will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your claim to set up a date to repair or replace the damages caused.
Please note in some cases and with some of our services, Kentucky Lawn Care has and reserves the right to hire outside contractors. In those instances, you would need to have any repairs made through the subcontractor directly.
DO NOT:
1) Take pictures of damaged areas if there is a risk for danger. If an emergency happens, call 911 immediately. Then call Kentucky Lawn Care.
2) Hire an outside company to repair or replace damaged, unless you have received approval for such work in writing from Kentucky Lawn Care.
Under no circumstances will Kentucky Lawn Care reimburse claims if:
1) We were not informed of the damages before completing the work.
2) Work was completed by a company other than contractors for Kentucky Lawn Care
– Unless you have approval, in writing, from us stating otherwise.
Kentucky Lawn Care has contracts with outside companies if damages have occurred. Kentucky Lawn Care reserves the right to bid repair work to subcontractors hired to replace and repair cracks for Kentucky Lawn Care customers. You will receive the same guarantee from these companies as you would if you hired them yourself. Using Kentucky Lawn Care services, you agree to be bound by our claims process.
* A life-threatening situation will be considered if police and utility companies are immediately (within 15 minutes.) dispatched to the scene.
